Submit two copies of the yearbook to Shane Looper, CGCI Financial Secretary

Yearbooks are judged according to the NGC scale of points and seals are awarded as follows:
Blue (1st Place)  92-100 points          Yellow (3rd Place)  78-83 points
Red  (2nd Place) 84-91 points            White  (4th Place) 70-77 points
 
In addition, the book with the highest point score will receive a certificate, rosette and monetary prize as specified in each group below and be forwarded to Pacific Region and NGC for award consideration. 

 
G-1   COUNCIL YEARBOOK AWARD            
 Eligible for Pacific Region Award #3(j); NGC Award #16E
1st $50, 2nd $35, 3rd $15. Yearbook receiving highest point score receives certificate and rosette. 
Councils eligible to participate: Environmental Consultants Council, Flower Show Judges
Councils, Gardening Consultants Council and Landscape Design Consultants Council. 
The yearbook may be handmade, semi-commercial or commercial.
 
No CGCI Application is required; however, 2 copies of the NGC application must be submitted with the yearbooks (do not answer the questions on the NGC form).  A G-1 CGCI Evaluation Form must also be submitted.  Please note that no points will be deducted if forms are not submitted for this award; but forms would certrainly be appreciated.
 
 
G-2 CLUB YEARBOOK AWARD
       DEADLINE: December 1
     Eligible for Pacific Region Award #3(a-g); NGC Award #16A
     1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th place seals awarded in each class.
     Yearbook receiving highest point score in each Class will be named "Best in Class"
      and receive a certificate, rosette and $50 in addition to a seal. 
Class I.     19 members or less    
Class II.     20-29 members       
Class III.    30-44 members        
Class IV.   45-69 members
Class V.    70-99 members
Class VI.  100-299 members
Class VII. 300+ members
 
Dues-paid membership number as listed in yearbook submitted determines class.
The yearbook may be handmade, semi-commercial or commercial.

G-3 DISTRICT YEARBOOK AWARD
       Eligible for Pacific Region Award #3(h); NGC Award #16B
        DEADLINE: December 1 
          First Place:  $50 plus rosette and certificate.  1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th place seals awarded.
          Yearbook receiving highest point score receives certificate, rosette and $25. 
        Yearbook receiving second highest point score receives certificate and $15. 
The yearbook may be handmade, semi-commercial or commercial.
No CGCI Application is required; however, 2 copies of the NGC application must be submitted with the yearbooks (do not answer the questions on the NGC form).  A G-3 CGCI Evaluation Form must also be submitted.  Please note that no points will be deducted if forms are not submitted for this award; but forms would certrainly be appreciated.
