Program Details

  • The Show will provide the number of tickets you request.  All tickets will be numbered.  CGCI members will sell the tickets for $16.00 up until March 11, 2012.  The club earns $2.00 per ticket sold.  By March 16, 2012, all total sale proceeds must be returned to the Show.  All unsold tickets must also be returned to the Show at the same time.  Example:  Club receives 125 tickets, sells 100 at $16.00 each for $1,600.  The club returns a check for $1,600 to the Show and the 25 unsold tickets.  Within 30 days of close of the Show, the Show will write a check for $200 top the club.  The club receives $2.00 per ticket sold - the club sold 100 tickets, so the club receives a check for $200.
  • The check, made payable to the name of the club, will be mailed to the person who signs the form.
  • A club member must sign this form and return by fax or mail to the San Francisco Flower & Garden Show to participate.  Prompt on-time returns will be rewarded with 2 free tickets to the Show.  Free tickets are held at Will Call at the Show.  You will be contacted if you are eligible.
