Convention Exhibit Reservation Form

  • Space is available (one-half table = 3 feet per exhibit) at the CGCI Convention in Van Nuys to display materials to promote your chairmanship or your district. 
  • Share your information with garden club members throughout the state. 
  • Exhibitors are responsible for setting up and removing all displays.  Exhibits will be in Concorde I.  Set-up is Tuesday, June 4, 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.  Breakdown is Thursday, June 6, 4:15 to 6:00 p.m.
  • To reserve space for your exhibit, submit the Exhibit Request Form (below). 
  • DO NOT print/mail...the form will automatically be forwarded to the Exhibits Chairman.
