October 27:  West Valley Garden Club “Hooray For Hollywood” Annual Tea and Entertainment Fundraiser
11:00 am - 2:00 pm; Admission price: $40.00.  St. Bernardine Catholic Church, 24410 Calvert St., Woodland Hills, CA.  Fundraiser to support the scholarship fund with a Boutique, Silent Auction, Raffle, Bake Sale, Awards, and Plant Market.  Send checks by Oct. 1st to WVGC, P.O. October 28-29: Chico Horticultural Society "Farm to Table" Flower Show
10:00 am - 5:00 pm (both days).  Free w/ paid admission to the Home and Garden Show.  Silver Dollar Fairgrounds, 2357 Fair Street, Chico.  This is the club's 46th Flower Show, plant sale, and raffle to support the club's school garden grants. The show is open to the public; there is no fee to enter an exhibit.  Entries will be accepted Thursday, Oct. 26, from 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm and Friday, Oct. 27, from 8:00 am - 10:00 am.

November 11:  Judges Council of Southern California "America the Beautiful" Small Standard Flower Show

"America the Beautiful" is a Small Standard Flower Show sponsored by the Judges Council of Southern California.  All are welcome to attend.  Council members and invited guests will exhibit entries in the show.

New Designs from National Garden Clubs.  Education, Inspiration and Enjoyment – just in time for the Spring Flower Show Season.  Over 20 designs, arranged like a FS, to view and learn about as NGC Judges explain the ins and outs of each one. February 5:  Palomar District Floral Design Forum
