April 22:  Santa Rosa Garden Club Annual Plant Sale
9:00 am - 2:00 pm; Admission price: $free; Luther Burbank Art & Garden Center, 2050 Yulupa, Santa
Rosa CA 95404.  Features plants grown by members, including some purchased as starts from a local wholesaler then transplanted and nurtured by members.  The sale includes drought tolerant and deer resistant plants including succulents, perennials, native plants, bird and butterfly plants, shrubs and
more!  A special collection of garden topiaries will be offered for sale.  Bring your knives and garden tools for sharpening. You’ll also find many garden related items at the "indoor garage sale".

April 22:  Bernardo Gardeners Club 2017 Spring Garden Tour

April 22:  Southern California Garden Club,  "TV Diners," Standard Flower Show
9:00 am -  2:00 pm; Admission price: Free;  Sepulveda Garden Center, 16633 Magnolia Blvd., Encino
91436-1101.  The club’s 51st annual standard flower show will feature floral designs, horticulture and educational exhibits.  Sales of plants, white elephants and baked goods are a fundraiser for the club.  All
exhibit classes are open to any amateur gardener or designer.

Butterflies, Flowers and Bees! Oh My! Follow the road to the Gardens of Folsom 2017 Garden Tour!
Join us 11 am to 4 pm on Saturday & Sunday, April 29th & 30th. Tickets are $20 each for attendees 16 and over, and include a descriptive brochure and a map of the tour route.  The self-guided tour highlights beautiful scenes, drought tolerant garden solutions, Ideas for your Spring gardens, Master
Gardeners to answer your questions and the ever popular bake and plant sales. The Folsom Garden Club is a nonprofit organization, raising funds through this annual Garden Tour to support scholarships and grants educating area students and promoting beautification of the City of Folsom.  Over $82,000

April 30:  Lake Oroville Area Garden Club Spring Garden Tour
1:00 pm - 5:00 pm; Admission price: $20.00;  Starts at Hearthstone Charter School.  This is our first year to host a garden tour.  Five gardens are featured on the tour, and at the last location, a tea, two speakers and several raffle items will be available. Price of the ticket includes all of the above.  Money earned from the tour goes toward our annual Butte College Scholarship and for other club beautification projects.

May 3:  Year Around Garden Club Spring in the Garden Garden Tour
10:00 am - 4:00 pm; Admission price: $10.  6 beautiful gardens presented by members of our club. Each garden is distinctive and reflects the personality of the gardeners.  The gardens are open from 10AM to 4 Pm and will offer refreshments and an opportunity to chat with the gardeners.  Tickets are $10 and can be obtained by mail.  Call  (562) 694-2931 for tickets and information.

May 6:  Garden and Floral Arrangers Guild "Enchanted Garden" Small Standard Flower Show and Fairy Garden Festival
10:00 am - 4:00 am, Admission price: $Adults $5.00.  Historic Kendall Place, Plymouth Village, 120 E. Palm Ave., Redlands, CA 92373. There is no fee to enter the flower show.  Entries are accepted on Friday, May 5 from 5:00 pm until 7:15 pm, and Saturday from 7:00 am until 8:15 am. May 11-13:  Horticulture Club at Solano Community College Annual Spring Plant Sale
Thursday: 8:00 am - 8:00 pm, Friday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm; Saturday: 9:00 am – 2:00 pm
4000 Suisun Valley Rd., Bldg 1000, Fairfield, CA 94534.  The plant sale will feature many varieties of
tomato plants, including heirloom and hybrids, vegetable starts, plants and trees for outdoor landscaping including CA Natives and drought tolerant plants, herbs, succulents, seasonal flowering plants, house plants, floral arrangements, and more … all in time for Mother’s Day. The plant sale
will be in the Louise Wilbourn Yarbrough Horticulture and Plant Science Institute (formerly Building 1000) on the Fairfield campus with convenient parking in parking lot #6.  Proceeds from the sale provide scholarships, equipment, and reference material for SCC Horticulture students. May 13:  Lake Oroville Area Garden Club Garden Gift Sale
9:00 am - 3:00 pm;  1067 Montgomery Street, Oroville.  This is the 6th annual Garden Gift Sale.  It’s
more than just a plant sale: we have used recycled container for our plants and there are member created bird houses, "potting chairs" and much more.  Held in the Gazebo adjacent to the historic Lott home in Sank Park. This sale takes place in conjunction with Feather Fiesta days.
